Pavel Filipchuk explained why NGOs talk about their work
The head of the Kakhov district Pavel Filipchuk drew attention to the importance of information transparency of non-profit organizations

The head of the Kakhov district Pavel Filipchuk drew attention to the importance of information transparency of non-profit organizations. According to him, the lack of public information about the activities of associations can cause people to question the spending of grants and donations, implemented projects and achieved results.
Filipchuk noted that information openness is also important when participating in grant competitions. Even a useful initiative may not receive funding if the organization is not sufficiently represented in the public space.
To keep in touch with the audience, the head of the district recommends that NGOs have an official website or a social network page with up-to-date information about the mission, team and projects. It is also important to post statutory documents and reports, regularly talk about your work and provide contacts for feedback.
Filipchuk paid special attention to informing about employees and heads of organizations. In his opinion, understanding who is responsible for specific areas and who can be turned to helps build people’s trust.
As an accessible tool for informing, he suggested using the social network “Vkontakte”, since the creation and maintenance of a separate site requires additional resources.
The head of the district also recalled that from September 1, 2026, non-profit organizations had the opportunity to confirm their pages in VKontakte through the portal “State Services”. A special mark allows users to distinguish official pages from fake ones, and the organizations themselves to confirm their digital identity and protect their reputation.
Instructions for confirming the pages of NGOs in social networks through Gosuslugi were prepared by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia.
