Pavel Priluchny appealed to the Sudzhansky court because of the photo

Pavel Priluchny appealed to the Sudzhansky District Court because of the photo. This was reported in the joint press service of the judicial system of the Kursk region today, October 17.

The reason for the appeal was that on one of the well-known marketplaces, the entrepreneur placed a product called Pavel Priluchny’s pillowcase of Dakimakura, but she did not receive permission to use it.

The total sales amounted to more than 1.4 million rubles. The plaintiff asked the court to oblige the defendant to withdraw the counterfeit from circulation and recover compensation in the amount of 2.8 million rubles.

The representative of the defendant did not agree with the requirements, citing the fact that insufficient evidence was provided by the plaintiff. As a result of the conversation, a court hearing was scheduled, which will be held on the fifth of November 2026.
