Russian pensioners can expect a significant increase in payments in November. According to expert Anastasia Kireeva, the increase can be up to 4000 rubles, if you confirm unaccounted periods of seniority.
This is especially true for those who worked in the 90s. Due to large-scale reorganization of enterprises and failures in the work of archives, many work documents were lost. Often, even a standard entry in the workbook is not enough to accrue pension coefficients.
In order to include the “fallen” years in the overall experience, it is necessary to request and submit an archival certificate to the Social Fund of Russia. If the department refuses to recalculate, the issue can be resolved through the court: the court decision is binding and guaranteed to increase the pension.
The main condition: you must submit supporting documents strictly before the end of October. In this case, the recalculation will be made from November 1, and the pensioner will begin to receive an increased payment. Do not postpone a visit to the archives or the MFC to have time to exercise your legal right.
