Penzenets tried to make money on other people's bank cards

In Penza district opened a criminal case on illegal circulation of bank cards. The materials were collected by the investigative department, which deals with crimes in the field of information and telecommunication technologies. The case is conducted under part 5 of article 187 of the criminal code of Russia.

The investigation found that a young man born in 2007 issued bank cards in his name. For the promised money, he handed them over to a friend along with access to his personal account in the banking application. This allowed for dubious operations.

Soon, the police found that a 19-year-old resident of Penza was involved in the case. He confessed: offered a friend to earn extra money. The condition was to transfer the card data and open access to the bank application. He never received the promised 30,000 rubles.

The sanction of the article provides for up to 6 years of imprisonment.
