Penza police stopped the use of a false patent

In Penza opened a criminal case against a foreign citizen born in 1979. Employees of the police department No. 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Penza qualified his actions under part 3 of Article 327 of the Criminal Code of Russia.

According to the Agency, a 47-year-old citizen of one of the neighboring countries came to the police Department on migration to issue a patent. During the reception, the staff questioned the authenticity of the personal certificate of proficiency in Russian, which he presented.

The examination confirmed suspicions: the document was a forgery. The man admitted that he ordered a fake form on the Internet through one of the messengers for 20,000 rubles. He took the finished document at the post office.

The sanction of this article provides for a penalty of imprisonment for up to 1 year.
