Penza bailiffs and inspectors conducted a raid “Debtor”

In the Penza region, an operational and preventive event “Debtor” was held. Employees of the traffic police together with representatives of the bailiff service conducted inspections to identify persons who do not pay administrative fines for violations in the field of road safety.

Particular attention was paid to violators who regularly ignore the rules of the road and the penalties imposed. During the event, bailiffs arrested and seized one vehicle. The owner of this machine had a total debt of more than 2 million rubles.

The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds that the term of voluntary payment of an administrative fine is 60 days from the date of entry into force of the resolution.
