Penziaka stabbed her husband in the shin during a feast

In Penza, law enforcement officers understand the circumstances of the family conflict, which ended in trauma. Police Department No. 4 received a report from a medical institution: a local resident born in 1978 was injured.

It turned out that the incident involved the wife of the victim, a woman born in 1979. She did not deny guilt and told how it happened. According to her, she and her husband drank alcohol, and a quarrel broke out between them on household soil. In a fit of anger, the wife grabbed a knife and hit her husband in the shin.

Now on this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under paragraph "c" of part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. If the court finds the woman guilty, she could face up to two years in prison.
