On October 22, the State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill that allows family microenterprises to receive the status of social organizations and apply for additional support measures. Deputy from the Ryazan region Liana Pepelyaeva noted that to obtain a new status, the enterprise must meet a number of criteria:
The adoption of the law will allow bakeries, ateliers and other small family businesses in the regions to officially enter the register of social enterprises. This will open access to grants, concessional leases and subsidies. According to the developers, the document is aimed at strengthening the continuity of generations and involving young people in entrepreneurship.
30 regions adopted their regulation of these issues, one of the first was the Ryazan region. This experience was analyzed, and now it is planned to adopt a unified regulation at the federal level, Liana Pepelyaeva stressed, noting that uniform rules are planned to be fixed at the federal level.
A number of technical issues will be discussed for the second reading.
