Overheated oil caused a fire in the playing space of Stavropol

On Serov Street in Stavropol there was a fire: the kitchen lit up in the game space. This was reported in the MES of Stavropol.

Staff tried to cope with the fire extinguisher, but without the help of firefighters did not do. Arrived units quickly extinguished the fire on an area of 5 square meters. No casualties. At the site worked 9 people and 2 units of equipment.

According to preliminary data, the cause was the overheating of oil in a deep fryer - the cook left the electric heater unattended.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds safety rules: burning oil can not be extinguished with water, the container must be covered with a lid or dense non-combustible material, and immediately call the numbers “101” or “112”. If you cannot cope on your own, you should leave the danger zone and wait for help.
