Recalculation for light in the emergency house Kemi amounted to more than 106 thousand rubles

Residents of the emergency house on the street Railway in the city of Kem appealed to the State Committee on housing supervision with the requirement to check the legitimacy of charges for electricity used for the needs of common property of an apartment building.

After the inspection, it was found that this residential object was recognized as emergency and intended for demolition. Representatives of the State Committee requested information from the energy supplier about payments for electricity consumed for household needs in the specified building.

In joint-stock company "TNS energo Karelia" confirmed the fact of recalculation of the cost of electricity for all apartment owners. The correction was made for the period from October 2023 to September 2026, taking into account the established limitation periods.

The total amount of recalculation exceeded 106.5 thousand rubles. From October 2026, calculations for the consumed resource will be made in accordance with the established standards.
