Permiak will be tried for re-driving the car in a state of intoxication

In the Perm district completed a preliminary investigation of the criminal case against a 40-year-old resident of Perm. The man is accused of driving a vehicle in a state of intoxication by a person subjected to administrative punishment or having a criminal record, according to the GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Perm Territory.

In the evening at the end of July, patrolling the streets in the village of Ustinovo of the Perm municipal district, traffic police officers stopped Renault Logan. At the wheel was a man with obvious external signs of alcohol intoxication. The police removed Permyakov from driving the vehicle. Examination for intoxication showed that the air exhaled by the man contains 1.364 mg / l of absolute ethyl alcohol.

Then it turned out that the defendant had previously been brought to administrative responsibility for a similar offense.

The criminal case has now been taken to court.
