The decree was signed on October 21. The lease period is until November 20, 2073, that is, for almost half a century. The conclusion of the lease agreement was entrusted to the Property Relations Committee. Control was placed on Vice-Governor Nikolai Linchenko.
The site is located in the municipal district of Porokhovye and will be used for financing, creation and operation of SMD.
