Under the terms of the purchase, the contractor must ensure round-the-clock reception of calls, advise subscribers on the activities of St. PetersburgGas, as well as conduct outgoing calls and surveys. Service level - at least 80% of calls received by the operator in the first 20 seconds of waiting. The equipment will be connected to the customer’s YATC via a protected SIP channel.
The contract is calculated from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027. Securing the application is 5% of the initial price - 1,424,590.34 rubles. When evaluating applications, the price will weigh 30%, the qualification of the participant - 70% (experience, business reputation and labor). The results will be announced on October 13.
