According to the journalist, people stood and froze in the cold for about thirty minutes. At first, traffic on the bridge was closed to prepare the crossing for divorce. Then the cars were opened again, and then closed again. As a result, the bridge remained in a horizontal position.
Asked if the bridge would be built today, a law enforcement official said: “We don’t understand it ourselves.”.
We will remind, initially it was planned that the Palace bridge will be opened in the evening of October 20 from 20:30 to 21:30 due to internal preventive work. But later the time was shifted by an hour: from 21:30 to 23:00.
