The Tula Regional Youth Center has announced 2 tenders for the provision of services for the design of a platform for the complex of cultural, educational and socio-adaptational events “The World of Friendship”. For these purposes, they want to allocate a total of 600 thousand rubles, for two purchases, each 300 thousand rubles. The contractor will design the site in such a way that it corresponds to the concept of the project and creates an atmosphere of unity, as well as helping to reveal the diversity of cultures. The design will be accompanied by a series of events, which will include master classes, exhibitions and other activities: for example, creating candles in the shape of a doll, collective drawing, making friendship bracelets, painting Tula gingerbread with tasting. Acceptance of applications for participation in the procurement will last until October 21, 2026.
The project “Friendship.Tula” is designed to help foreign students adapt to the region, get acquainted with the traditions and culture of the Tula region, as well as build friendly ties with the local community.
