The Prosecutor’s office of the Kalanchak district of the Kherson region conducted an audit of the implementation of legislation in the field of road safety.

It is established that a resident of the urban-type village of Kalanchak has a driving license that gives the right to drive a car. However, according to the information provided by the medical organization, she has been on dispensary registration with a psychiatrist for a long time with a diagnosis that prevents driving vehicles.

The prosecutor appealed to the court with a statement of claim for termination of the right to drive vehicles, invalidation and cancellation of her driving license. Based on the results of consideration, the claims were satisfied, the court decision was executed.
