Almost 33 kilometers of new asphalt: which roads were repaired in the Ulyanovsk region

Residents of nine settlements of the Ulyanovsk region became more convenient to get to the district centers. In the region completed the repair of more than 32.6 kilometers of access roads.

Works were carried out in six municipalities: Ulyanovsk, Tsilny, Main, Novospassky, Sursky districts and Bazarnosyzgan district. All the upgraded areas are already open to traffic.

So, in the Ulyanovsk district, five kilometers of the road to the Green Grove were repaired. Here laid a new covering, restored the congresses, marked and installed a stopping pavilion.

In the Tsilni district, another 3.8 kilometers of the Old Nikulino – New Maklaushi – Chirikeyevo highway were updated.

As noted by the regional Minister of transport Evgeny Lazarev, repair is especially important for small villages. School buses, ambulances, postal transport and agricultural equipment move along these roads every day.

In total, in 2026, according to the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, more than 32.6 kilometers of such roads were put in order in the region. Priority was given to routes leading to schools, social institutions and businesses.
