Honorary citizen of Voronezh Ivan Strunkin celebrates his 99th birthday

Honorary citizen of Voronezh Ivan Mikhailovich Strunkin celebrated his 99th anniversary. On the birthday of the veteran congratulated the mayor Sergey Petrin, the press service of the city administration.

Anniversary Ivan Mikhailovich met surrounded by relatives - in his family already grow seven great-grandchildren. Congratulations were joined by the staff of the Board of the Left Bank district, who visited the birthday boy.

In a conversation with the guests, the veteran recalled years of service: he traveled almost half of Germany on a tank. After the war, Ivan Mikhailovich worked at one of the Voronezh enterprises, mastering various workshops.

The head of the city wished the veteran good health, peaceful skies and joy, thanked for his contribution to the common cause and expressed hope that loved ones will continue to surround him with care and warmth.
