Under Kursk, the agricultural allotment was restored after the intervention of the Rosselkhoznadzor

In the Shchigrovsky district of the Kursk region, work has been completed to restore the disturbed plot of agricultural land. The completion of recultivation in the management of the Rosselkhoznadzor in the Orel and Kursk regions was announced by the tenant - the head of the local farm.

The violation was recorded in the middle of last summer. From 5 to 23 June 2025, employees of the supervisory authority conducted an on-site survey of the territory. The basis for the inspection was the request of the prosecutor of the Kursk region, the department said.

During the inspection, experts found that part of the land plot with an area of 0.5 hectares, which is a natural ravine, was overgrown with weeds, as well as wood and shrubbery vegetation.

In addition, two pits were identified at the site, the development of which led to damage to the arable land. The total area of the depressions was 822 square meters, and the height of their steep slopes reached about five meters.

The collected materials of the inspection were transferred to the Shchigrov Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office. In January 2026, the supervisory authority sent a lawsuit to the Leninsky District Court of the city of Kursk demanding that the land owner develop a reclamation project and restore the fertility of the site within a year.

The court satisfied the claims in full.

The owner of the site has fulfilled all the requirements of the land legislation.
