Near Novosibirsk proposed to abolish the village of Pavino near Tolmachevo
In the Novosibirsk region can officially abolish the village of Pavino, located near the airport Tolmachevo

The Council of Deputies of the Krivodan Village Council sent to the Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region a bill on the abolition of the village.
The history of resettlement of residents began in 2007. Then the governor of the Novosibirsk region signed a decree on the resettlement of Pavino in connection with the construction of the second runway of the Tolmachevo airport.
According to the explanatory note to the bill, in 2011 residents were relocated to an apartment building in the village of Krivodanovka. Since then, the village has remained without a permanent population.
In May 2020, a special commission surveyed the village and confirmed that no one else lives there. By that time in Pavino there were no houses and outbuildings.
In addition, the territory of the village is completely located in the sanitary protection zone of Tolmachevo airport, where people are prohibited from living.
The initiative was supported by the regional Ministry of Construction and the Department of Property and Land Relations. According to the financial and economic justification, the exclusion of Pavino from the list of settlements will not require additional expenditures of the regional and local budgets.
The final decision will be made by the members of the regional parliament.
Earlier, “MK in Novosibirsk” reported that in September 2026 in the Novosibirsk region officially abolished five settlements.
