The customer is adjacent to St. Petersburg, Vsevolozhsk and Kudrovo and is located in the Vsevolozhsky district, near a large urban agglomeration. In eight cluster areas you can find old-growth forests, river valleys and habitats of rare species.
It is noted that in the valley of the Lubia River there is a valuable site - an old-growth spruce-small-leaved forest. Some spruces reach 35 meters in height, and their trunks at the base exceed a meter in diameter. In this place, coniferous and mixed forests have been preserved.
The territory is inhabited by 64 species of birds, 14 species of mammals, four species of amphibians and three species of reptiles. Among them are rare species listed in the Red Book of the Leningrad region. This is a whiteback woodpecker, as well as unique mushrooms and mossy plants.
