In the Tula region, a large lot of 23 land plots previously owned by Transtinform LLC was put up for auction again. Real estate is implemented in the framework of bankruptcy proceedings of the company. The price of the lot is 17 million rubles. The total area of plots is 27.8 thousand square meters.

The plots are located in the Leninsky district, in the Christmas village, near the village of Malakhovo - about 100 meters south of the landmark (Malakhovo, 1). The areas of the plots range from 1,062 to 1,405 square meters. meters, all of them are put on cadastral registration and have individual numbers.

The bidding is organized by the competition manager Maxim Pavlov. The sale of property takes place in accordance with the bankruptcy procedure and is aimed at repaying the claims of creditors. In particular, land plots were the subject of pledge to OJSC KB "First Express".

Recall, as previously wrote “MK in Tula”, in August, these plots were sold for 19 million rubles, but there were no people willing to buy them.
