In the Uglich district of the Yaroslavl region, the municipality returned agricultural land with an area of more than nine hectares
In the Uglich district of the Yaroslavl region, the municipality returned agricultural land with an area of more than nine hectares. In 2026, the site was sold to a private entrepreneur for 270 thousand rubles, although its market value exceeded 3.2 million rubles.
The prosecutor’s office checked the legality of the privatization carried out by the administration of the Sloboda settlement and revealed violations. In particular, the deputies approved the inclusion of land in the privatization plan in the absence of the necessary quorum. In addition, in determining the price of the transaction, cadastral value was used instead of market value.
The supervisory authority appealed to the court, demanding to cancel the decision on privatization and invalidate the results of bidding and the concluded contract of sale.
The court satisfied the demands of the prosecutor's office. The land was returned to municipal ownership. The execution of the judgment will remain under the supervision of the supervisory authority.
