Near Voronezh punished the owners of the camp for misuse of land
As a result of consideration of the case, the offender was fined - 1% of the cadastral value of the land
The Prosecutor’s office of Novousmansky district conducted an inspection on behalf of the supervisory authority of the region. The reason was the observance of land legislation by the owners of the tourist base.
It turned out that the plots in the village of Labor for more than a year were used for other purposes. In this regard, administrative proceedings were initiated against the guilty person under Part 1 of Article 8.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
As a result of the consideration of the case, the offender was fined 1% of the cadastral value of the land.
Currently, violations have been eliminated: the site is used in accordance with the permitted type - for recreational activities.
