A contract was signed for the transformation of the territory within the boundaries of six streets in Vologda

The head of the regional capital Sergey Zhestyannikov said that the largest agreement on the complex development of the territory was signed. We are talking about a plot within the boundaries of several streets: Preobrazhensky, Western, Petina, Pankratov, Republican, Gagarin. The residential area will be built on an area of about 19 hectares.

In this area there are 63 dilapidated and emergency residential buildings. The investor will demolish them, tenants will be settled within seven years. There will be a new residential development with a comfortable urban environment. The full term of the project will be 15 years. The planned volume of construction is about 114 thousand square meters.

Resettlement and demolition of houses are planned to be carried out gradually. Control will be provided by the relevant departments of the city administration.
