The contractor was obliged to finish repairing the apartment in Melitopol

The Melitopol Interdistrict Court ordered the local company to complete the overhaul of the apartment. This was reported by the Zaporozhye Regional Court.

In January 2026, the pensioner signed a contract for the repair of a three-room apartment. The cost of work amounted to almost 2 million rubles. The customer made an advance of more than 1 million rubles.

The contractor had to finish the repairs by June 4. But after the dismantling, the work stopped. The company ignored the customer’s claims.

The court found that the contractor breached deadlines and unlawfully relinquished obligations. The company was obliged to finish repairs and rent the apartment “turnkey” within a month. Also from it collected 3 thousand rubles of state duty.
