The Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Pskov district is investigating a criminal case initiated under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fraud”. According to the investigation, a group of persons by prior conspiracy committed fraudulent actions related to the seizure of bank cards of citizens and the subsequent withdrawal of funds from them. Ilya Andreyevich Lashchenko, 23.04.2000 year of birth, who could be represented by other names, is accused of committing the crime.
Currently, all episodes of illegal activity and possible victims are being identified.
