Police search for Kostroma bike kidnapper

Kostroma Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that law enforcement officers of the Kostroma district are looking for a teenager suspected of stealing a bicycle. The search (so far inconclusive) of this hollow began after a resident of the village of Karavaevo turned to the duty unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kostroma district, who said that someone took a bicycle away from her entrance.

Surveillance operatives determined that the hijacker was a young man (rather a teenager) wearing a light T-shirt and blue jeans. Cameras recorded the moment of the bicycle abduction, but their resolution was not enough to see the face of the kidnapper. According to witnesses and recordings from other cameras, operatives also found out that the kidnapper of the bicycle first drove it to the shopping center in Kostroma, and then rode around the city.
