The clinic in Tugulyma opened after overhaul
In the Tugulym Central District Hospital completed a large-scale modernization of the clinic

In the Tugulym central district hospital completed a large-scale modernization of the clinic. This was reported by the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region Denis Pasler.
Built in 1987, the building has never been overhauled, and its modernization was very much awaited by residents and staff. As a result, not only the building itself, but also the material and technical base of the clinic were updated: electrocardiographs, dental installations, an ophthalmoscope and other equipment were purchased - a total of 170 units, the head of the region wrote in his social networks.
Major repairs affected all key systems of the building: replaced the roof, updated heating, water supply, sewerage and electricity systems, modernized external engineering networks and installed modern ventilation systems. In addition, the building was redesigned.
Now the clinic has three pediatric and three therapeutic sites. More than 17,000 people receive medical care here.
The space of the clinic is organized according to “lean” standards: visitors are welcomed by an open-type registry, a convenient navigation system is thought out, additional waiting areas are equipped. For young patients, a miniature playground was created - so children can usefully spend time waiting for admission.
More than 137 million rubles were sent to update the outpatient unit: 30 million came from the federal budget, 107 million from the budget of the Sverdlovsk region.
The Governor noted that the primary healthcare sector is being systematically developed in the region. So, in 2025-2026, at the expense of the regional budget, 86 departments of general medical practice, midwifery stations and polyclinics were overhauled.
Earlier, MK-Ural wrote that a polyclinic was opened in Upper Tagil after a large-scale renovation. The building was built in 1953 and needed renovation. More than 10,000 residents receive medical care here. 85 million rubles were spent on modernization, of which 25 million were allocated from the federal budget, and more than 60 million from the regional budget.
