Polina Dibrova told why the trial with Elena Tovstik was postponed

The trial between Polina Dibrova and Elena Tovstik will continue in November. This Rostovchanka reported on October 16, posting a video in his social networks.

Dibrova said that the next meeting took place on October 14. Her lawyers Marina Dubrovsky and Irina Kuznetsova were present at the hearing.

According to Polina, Elena again withdrew the power of attorney from her representative. Rostovchan noted that this is not the first change of lawyer. According to her, during the trial Tovstik could change three or four specialists.

Also Dibrova said that representatives of Elena sometimes learn about the withdrawal of power of attorney only after arriving in court.

As a result, the case was postponed until November. The exact date of the new meeting has not yet been announced.

- In general, we are waiting for the next lawyer, said Polina.

Earlier, Dibrova filed a lawsuit for the protection of honor and dignity. She believes that Elena Tovstik spread false information about her and her family on social networks. Rostovchanka seeks the removal of the publication, refutation of information and compensation for moral damage in the amount of five million rubles.
