In the Melekessky district of the Ulyanovsk region, more than 300 people received consultations of doctors within the framework of the project “Outbound clinic”. In October, 21 specialists from eight medical institutions of Ulyanovsk were involved in the work. According to the results of examinations, some patients were sent for additional diagnosis and treatment.
Doctors from the regional center conducted field receptions of residents of the Melekessky district. Thanks to the project, villagers were able to get advice from specialized specialists without having to go to Ulyanovsk on their own.
According to the results of examinations, four patients were sent for additional diagnosis and hospitalization to the Ulyanovsk Regional Clinical Hospital. Another five people received referrals to the Regional Clinical Oncology Dispensary, and one resident to the S. D. Gryaznov anti-tuberculosis dispensary.
Special attention was paid to the health of children. After consultations, 14 minors were sent to the consultative and diagnostic center of the Ulyanovsk Regional Children's Clinical Hospital named after Yu.F. Goryachev. Two other children were recommended inpatient treatment.
As a result, 26 patients received referrals for further examination or treatment.
As explained by the acting chief physician of the Public Health Center Lilia Kirilina, mobile medical teams include not only narrow specialists, but also employees of the Health Centers.
Their task is to assess the condition of patients, identify risk factors for chronic diseases and make recommendations for prevention. This approach allows you to detect possible health problems before serious complications develop.
The project “Exit Polyclinic” helps to make specialized medical care more accessible to residents of remote settlements of the Ulyanovsk region. The work of mobile medical teams is carried out within the framework of the national project “Long and active life”.
