After the intervention of the Prosecutor’s office in Sosnovka will repair the facade of a residential building

In the village of Sosnovka of the Polessky district, the facade of the municipal house, where a woman and her daughter live, will be overhauled. This decision was made by the district prosecutor’s office through the court.

The resident appealed to the prosecutor's office because of the poor condition of the facade. According to her, it is gradually destroyed and it can damage the house. The inspection confirmed that the building needed major repairs, but the local administration for a long time did not take any measures.

The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the requirement to oblige the administration to carry out repairs. The court fully upheld this claim.

The prosecutor's office will now ensure that the administration complies with the court's decision.
