The Council of Ministers approved the regulation on the procedure for conducting a competitive selection for entry on the Republican Board of Honor. The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Oleksandr Turchin on September 15, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti news agency reports with reference to the press service of the government.
The document was developed in order to implement the Decree of June 15, 2026 No. 195. The resolution defines the general requirements for the selection of applicants, as well as establishes the procedure for interaction of public administration bodies in organizing the competition among regions, Minsk, districts, cities of regional subordination and organizations.
Under the new rules, competitive selection among organizations will be conducted as a whole by organization. It is currently being implemented among organizations and their separate units.
In addition, the document regulates the conditions under which selection is not carried out for individual nominations. This will happen if there is no minimum number of applicants or if they fail to comply with mandatory conditions. The procedure for redistributing such places for other nominations is also prescribed.
The resolution determines the list of necessary documents and information for participation, as well as lists of indicators that take into account the industry characteristics of applicants, and the procedure for assigning them points.
