Individual entrepreneurs were able to transfer some of the powers in the personal account of the Federal Tax Service to other people – for example, an accountant or a lawyer. To do this, you will need to issue a machine-readable power of attorney, and the amount of operations available to the representative, the entrepreneur determines independently.
The Federal Tax Service of the Ivanovo region explained that the electronic power of attorney allows the representative not only to view information, but also to perform various actions on behalf of the IP. Among them are submission of documents, signing of reports, work with cash registers and a single tax account.
To use these opportunities, the representative must have his own qualified electronic signature issued on him as a natural person. Machine-readable power of attorney entrepreneur certifies his electronic signature. The document can be issued through the services of the Federal Tax Service or the personal account of the taxpayer.
After that, the IP adds a trustee as a user with the role of a representative. When authorizing, he chooses the entrance by proxy, after which the system checks the electronic signature and the expiration date of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Access is provided only to those functions specified in the document.
An entrepreneur can appoint several representatives at once and distribute different powers between them. If necessary, the issued rights can be withdrawn. Paper power of attorney does not give such opportunities: with it, the representative will only be able to view information in the office.
