For first-year students of the Belarusian National Technical University, a meeting was organized with the head of the juvenile inspection of the Soviet Internal Affairs Department Andrey Prikhodko. The event, held in the format of an open dialogue, was designed to help yesterday's applicants adapt to independent life without legal consequences, the correspondent of the agency "Minsk-Novosti" in the Soviet police Department.

The main topic of discussion was threats in the digital environment. A representative of law enforcement agencies showed students a preventive film from the press service of the Mingory Executive Committee, which deals with telephone fraud schemes and basic cybersecurity rules. The speaker paid special attention to the so-called easy earnings on the Internet.
- Enticing offers for fast and safe earnings often turn out to be a trap. By accepting the role of a courier for phone scammers or becoming a mortgagee of drugs, you are not just breaking the law – you are breaking your own destiny. Criminal liability for such acts comes quickly, and the consequences remain for life, Prikhodko stressed.

In addition, during the meeting, the topic of rules of conduct in public places was raised: the speaker reminded students about the ban on drinking alcohol and fines for such violations. It was also about compliance with traffic rules in conditions of dense urban traffic.
The meeting went beyond the traditional lecture - freshmen were actively interested in legal nuances, responsibility for various offenses and actions in difficult situations. Ah. Prikhodko gave exhaustive and competent answers, trying to convey to each listener a simple truth: attentiveness and knowledge of the law are the best allies of the young man.
