The court in Gubakh sentenced a 37-year-old resident of Gremyachinsk. The man was found guilty of theft with illegal penetration into the premises, according to the GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Perm Territory.

In December last year, the duty unit of the inter-municipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Gubakhinsky” received a statement from a representative of the store: at night, a window was broken in the shopping pavilion and entered, food, network equipment and cash from the cash register were stolen. The amount of material damage caused to the owner exceeded 55 thousand rubles.

Police detained an unemployed resident of Gremyachinsk, previously convicted of theft. The guards established that the defendant was walking through the streets of Gubahi at night and decided to commit a crime again. Picking up a wooden board, the attacker approached the building of the selected store, broke the glass in the window frame and entered the room. From the trading pavilion, the Gremyachin took food, money from the cash register and specialized network equipment, and then disappeared.

During the preliminary investigation, the network equipment was seized and returned to the rightful owner. The man has already managed to dispose of food and money.

The court took into account the unserved part of the earlier sentence and sentenced the offender to 2 years 2 months in a correctional colony of strict regime.
