Bailiffs have achieved payment of salary arrears of 138 thousand rubles to the employee of the enterprise providing heat supply to the city.
The head of the organization violated the labor legislation and did not pay the calculation upon dismissal in full. The former employee went to court, which sided with him.
After the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the bailiff familiarized the company’s management with the terms of voluntary execution and enforcement measures, warned of criminal liability under Art. 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and foreclosed money on the settlement accounts of the organization. The debt was paid off in full.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 7 million rubles of wages have been recovered in favor of employees.
