The project of integrated development of the territory in Cheboksary became the winner of the All-Russian competition

The project of integrated development of the territory of the Aquarel microdistrict in Cheboksary was recognized as the winner of the I All-Russian competition of the best projects of the KRT in the nomination “Leader for infrastructure development in KRT projects”. The results were summed up at the Industry Day of the Ministry of Construction of Russia in the national center "Russia" in Moscow.

Within the framework of the federal project “Housing” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, three socially significant objects are being erected here. The main one is the 825-seat school. At the same time, a sewer-pumping station and storm treatment facilities are being built - this will ensure the further development of housing construction.

Infrastructure support also affects the planning of the territory: the developer Odelfinstroy and Partners is working on new solutions in the development, improvement and architecture of the microdistrict.

Today, six KRT projects are being implemented in Chuvashia: three in Cheboksary, two in Novocheboksarsk and one in Kanash. The republic will continue to use this tool for the harmonious development of districts, so that schools, kindergartens, roads and utility networks are built in synchrony with housing.
