From November 3, a large-scale career guidance project for students of 10–11 grades “University Holidays” will start in universities of the country, the press service of the Ministry of Education told sb.by.

The department informed:
- During the fall school holidays, higher education institutions will open their doors to high school students to help them make informed career choices. The project will become a systematic tool for career guidance and will be held on a permanent basis during the autumn, winter and spring holidays.
Depending on the university, the format may be called “Student for a day”, “Student for a week” or “PROF holidays”. Students will be able not only to learn about educational programs, but also to fully immerse themselves in student life: to communicate with curators, representatives of student self-government and scientific societies, as well as with representatives of customer companies. This will allow applicants to see the real picture of the future profession and employment prospects.
To find out details about the programs, conditions of participation and registration, the Ministry offers to follow the updates on the information resources of universities. In November, BSPU will host a career guidance project “Student for one day” for students of pedagogical classes
