The Prosecutor’s office of Gus-Khrustalny recovers a million for hitting a teenager

Gus-Khrystal interdistrict prosecutor's office through the court seeks compensation for moral damage for a local resident who suffered in an accident involving a minor motorcyclist. The applicant’s rights are under the supervision of the supervisory authority.

It was established that in the evening of October 2025 in one of the settlements of the district, a 15-year-old teenager, driving a Voskhod motorcycle without a license plate and a driver's license, failed to manage. While fleeing the scene, he hit a 42-year-old pedestrian.

The consequences for the man were severe: a closed multi-fragmented fracture of the left femur, head trauma and hematomas. The victim has been disabled for almost a year.

Estimating the moral damage of 1 million rubles, the Prosecutor’s office appealed to the court. The claim for recovery of funds is filed against the teenager, and in case of lack of income to his parents.

The supervisory authority reminds: the transfer of the steering wheel to a minor poses a direct threat to the life and health of others.
