The Prosecutor’s office found the cause of flooding of houses in the village near Tula

The Prosecutor’s office of the Kamensky district conducted an inspection after the publication in the media about the flooding of private houses. According to the supervisory authority, during the proceedings it turned out that the local authorities improperly fulfill the requirements of the legislation on municipal property.

We are talking about the road in the village of Shishkovka, which is not included in the register of municipal property.

Due to the absence of the owner, no one serves the object, and the drainage, corresponding to the terrain, is not organized there. Therefore, during the rains, the house along the road is flooded.

To eliminate the violations, the Prosecutor’s office made a submission to the head of administration. Compliance with the requirements remains under the control of the department.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that the Prosecutor’s office of the Odoevsky district checked the playground in the working village of Odoev after the appeal of a local resident and found inconsistencies with mandatory standards. It turned out that the stairs were damaged, the paint peeled off, and there are no contacts of the organization responsible for the object on the stand.
