The Prosecutor’s office helped to recover moral damage in favor of 94-year-old Ryazan

The court satisfied the requirements of the Prosecutor’s office of the Ryazan region on the recovery of moral damage. This was reported in the press service of the supervisory authority.

Earlier, specialists of the department conducted an inspection on the appeal of the 94-year-old local resident.

An elderly man, being a disabled person of the 1st group, was not provided with technical means of rehabilitation of daily use for six months and was forced to purchase them at his own expense.

The prosecutor filed a lawsuit to recover from the authorized body compensation for moral damage.

As a result, 10 thousand rubles were recovered in favor of the pensioner.
