The Prosecutor’s office helped a resident of Ingushetia to get rid of illegally accrued debt

In Ingushetia, thanks to the intervention of the prosecutor’s office, it was possible to eliminate illegally accrued debt for gas in her household in the amount of over 159 thousand rubles.

The press service of the Ministry said that the debt was formed for the period from January 2023 to September 2026. This happened because the accrual for the resource was made according to the standard, and not according to the indications of the metering device.

To eliminate the revealed violations of the law, the prosecutor's office made a submission to the general director of the organization. As a result of its consideration, a recalculation was made.
