The Prosecutor’s office forced Kostroma employer to pay officially

During the supervisory measures, the Antropov district prosecutor’s office revealed violations of labor legislation in the activities of a commercial organization.

A resident of the district was allowed to work as a logging equipment operator, but the employment contract was not concluded with him within the three-day period prescribed by law. The employer tried to hide the fact of employment by offering the employee a “gray” salary.

To restore the rights of the employee, the prosecutor made a submission to the management of the enterprise and opened a case on an administrative offense under Part 4 of Art. 5.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (evasion of an employment contract).

As a result of the intervention of the supervisory authority, the rights of the man were restored: a formal labor contract was concluded with him. In addition, the guilty official was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of 20 thousand rubles.
