At first, specialists tried to reduce the pressure in the system and repair the pipe without a complete shutdown. But it did not work – the territory was heavily flooded. Then the water was limited to residents of the 5th and 6th districts.

All night the brigades of MUP KH "Egoriev Engineering Networks" eliminated the accident. By 6:50 a.m., the repairs had been completed and water was being supplied. But already at 8:40 the ground collapsed right at the site of work and there was a second breakthrough.

Now all services are working on the site, water is pumped out. Due to the disconnection of VZU No. 9, the pressure in the network may fall, and the water will disappear in parts of the city.
