We are talking about three objects of cultural heritage of regional importance. Among them - "Pavilion for quiet noble title" (letter P), "Individual Corps" (letter M) and "Pensionary Corps for 60 sick women" (letter L).
All these buildings are part of a large-scale historical complex - "House of care of the mentally ill Emperor Alexander III". According to the law No. 73-FZ, a medical institution is obliged to ensure the safety of these architectural objects and prevent violations in their territories.
The hospital itself has been operating in St. Petersburg since 1994, and it has been managed by the head physician Alexander Sofronov since 2015. According to Kontur.Focus, the institution is financed from the city budget. There are no serious legal risks at the hospital: only one case worth a little more than 86 thousand rubles is considered in arbitration.
