Pushnov school warned because of late registration of veterinary documents

The North Sea Interregional Department of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance announced a warning to the Municipal Budgetary General Educational Institution of the Kola District of the Murmansk Region “Pushnovsk Secondary School” due to signs of violation of the rules for registration of veterinary accompanying documents. The information is published on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office.

According to the agency, when analyzing information in the federal state information system "VETIS" (the Mercury component) revealed cases when electronic veterinary accompanying documents for controlled goods received by the school were not extinguished or extinguished untimely.

According to the current veterinary regulations, the recipient is obliged to redeem the transport veterinary accompanying document within 24 hours after delivery of the goods. In case of refusal of acceptance or partial receipt of products, this should be done immediately after the completion of the acceptance procedure.

The procedure for registration of such documents is regulated by the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia dated December 13, 2022 No. 862.

The Rosselkhoznadzor indicated that the inaction of the institution may lead to a violation of mandatory requirements. The school was recommended to take measures to comply with the deadlines for issuing electronic veterinary accompanying documents.
