According to the investigation, the crime was committed in the entertainment center. The drunken defendant used the victim's phone and transferred the money. The attacker did not limit himself to this and managed to issue a credit card for the victim, and disposed of the money at his discretion. The damage to the victim amounted to 165 thousand rubles, the bank - 45 thousand rubles.
