Common myths about medical examination dispelled Volgograd
Despite the importance of medical examination, around it there are many myths that mislead people

Thus, it is a mistake to believe that medical examination is not necessary in the absence of complaints: many diseases in the early stages occur without symptoms, and it is medical examination that allows you to detect them before serious complications appear, and treatment started at an early stage is much more effective.
It is also wrong to assume that medical examinations are temporary measures that do not affect the quality of life. Regular examinations help not only to identify diseases, but also to effectively treat them, which significantly improves the quality of life of patients. The claim that medical examinations do not yield any information is also wrong – on the contrary, survey results play a key role in the prevention and early detection of diseases that can save lives.
Finally, the myth that medical examinations are carried out only for the elderly is not true. It is necessary for everyone regardless of age - citizens under 40 years are recommended to undergo examination at least once every three years, and at the age of 40 years and older, medical examination is recommended to be carried out annually.
