Reconstruction of the bath on the street Nedelina, 22 in Lipetsk again postponed. Now it is expected to open in 2027, but not in February, as promised earlier, and about six months later. This is reported by Gorod48 with reference to the speech of Deputy Chairman of the Department of Economic Development of the City Hall Natalia Ignatenko in the city Council.

According to the official, concessionaire Mikhail Stukalin performed 65% of construction and installation works. On the second and third floors completed construction work and are preparing for finishing. On the first floor, you will have to equip the entrance group and put the facade in order.

Completion of repairs delayed the approval of changes to the project and the increase in the cost of work by 2.7 times due to the need to replace the furnaces and ventilation.

Stukalin took the bath in concession in August 2021 for 25 years and pledged to invest in the reconstruction of at least 100 million rubles.
